Highlights
- hard copy of (open source) textbook is required,
student-printed

- heavy emphasis on Group work; everyone must participate

- Homework grading is interactive, in person, with the TA asking
questions of each Group member, and with a separate (i.e. possibly
different) grade given to each member
- no final exam; instead, have final Group Project/Homework
- it is required that you read the course Blog every day
- in-class Group Quiz, last day of lecture

- textbook reading is required, taking at least 3-4
hours each week
- submission of work:
- Quizzes taken in-class, but required to submit
electronic version of your answers (very short) via handin to
the professor
- submit HomeworK via handin to the TA
- failure to comply with course procedures may result in penalties
to grades on Quizzes or Homework, or to final course grades
