This quote came out in an article claiming that San Diego area companies can't fill thousands of positions.  Interestingly enough I had applied several times for a job that I was well qualified for at Cubic and never heard a word from them. http://www.utsandiego.com/news/2011/feb/12/why-san-diego-tech-companies-cant-fill-thousands-j/  So if I follow the logic it means that workers with more than seven years of experience are 'B' players.  It's no wonder I never heard back from Cubic, because with my ~30 years of experience I must be considered (by Cubic anyway)to be an 'F' player...   Best Regards, ***********
