The file versions whose names have .Fall96 suffixes are the ones
distributed through the bookstore.  You are welcome to look at
the othr .tex files, which are either updates of the bookstore
versions or are pending bookstore versions, but it is not
required.

Be sure to read the file ~matloff/Pub/README for instructions
on viewing and printing .tex files.
